celebrity estate, BEVERLY hills

This beautiful Italianate Estate began as a vision by its celebrity owner of a palazzo tucked deep into a hillside in Tuscany with awe inspiring public rooms and intimate private ones.  This vision would become a 30,000 square foot estate that would seem as though it had been transported through time to the Beverly Ridge area of Beverly Hills. A guest need only enter the foyer of this great estate and see the custom designed, hand forged iron work to have a taste of what lies within.

Each public room would become filled with well-placed antiques each telling a story and intriguing art that captures the eye creating an atmosphere that leads guests to believe they had walked into centuries old rooms.  No detail would be overlooked from ornate moldings, imported Italian stone hearths, intricate flooring and beautiful furnishing, to the sumptuous window dressing that would not interfere with its glorious gardens and magnificent views.  Walls would surprise with plaster featuring aged Venetian treatment, fabrics and murals.

Private rooms were to be both elegant and restful with bedroom suites imagining the guests who would find respite there and bathrooms that mirror the intricate stone work of Italian artisans.  The master suite would be both rich with texture and yet reflect the strong masculine taste of the owner.  Elegant layered fabrics envelope master suite’s ornate bed and a rock crystal chandelier caps this retreat with romantic elegance and warmth.   The chef’s kitchen is ready for the preparation of celebrated dinner parties or intimate meals and is masterfully placed into an inspired atmosphere echoing the heart of Italy’s finest homes.  The wine cellar invites guests to sample and savor the homeowner’s fine collection of wines while inviting relaxing conversation and reflection of memories here.

As one enters the home’s theater guests are reminded of the welcoming salons of Italian estates with elegant sconces along its perimeter and enticing seating worthy of any entertainment. The owner’s office summons both business and creativity with an octagonal coffered ceiling using the finest wood and a hand carved Italian marble fireplace. Further on, the office is companioned with a library enthused with the accomplishments of the past and awaiting those of the future, rich with the employments of a Renaissance man living in the 21st Century.
